My Success Model

1.) Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.  ~ Matthew 6:33

God is the author and finisher of my life. He orders my steps and does the advancing in my life. I do not have an agent or manager. Its just me and God. I don't have a publicist. Its just me and God. If I can do it, anybody can do it. His instructions to me were simple: Reach who you are called to reach. You will lose yourself trying to reach the masses.

2.) Write the VISION; make it PLAIN ~ Habakkuk 2:2

If you fail to plan you essentially plan to fail. 90% of people are going through the motions in life. 95% percent of people are playing around and posting pointless stuff on social media. No real vision for why they do what they do. With me, everything has a purpose. At meetings, at work and on social media, I have a purpose. I have a strategic plan and vision for my life. I have no wasted moves. No wasted post.  No wasted motions. Everything I do, every move I make, contributes to my bottom line - Being a blessing to someone (the money will follow).

3.) Your GIFTS will make room for you and bring you before great men. ~ Proverbs 18:16

I do not look at, watch or study anybody else. God has given me too much to do for me to waste time looking and watching somebody else. Over the years I have learned that He has equipped me with everything I need to reach my goals and fulfill my destiny. Man help is appreciated but not needed. Why? Because what God has for you He has for you. Doors He open cannot be closed by man. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made. We were all created in His image. Which is why God is offended when you copy somebody else. Be the best version of you because everybody else is already taken. Remember, I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me. The same is true for you as well. The GIFTS he gave you will make room for you and bring you before great men…but only if you have faith. Only if you trust Him and believe in Him. Find your purpose. You cannot operate in my purpose. You have to ask God what your purpose is and what are you called to do.

Know Your Worth

Speaking Tip: Don't charge for your TIME. Charge for your VALUE.

  • Whether I speak for 10 minutes or 1 hour, its $5,000 - $7,500
  • Whether it is 10 students or 1,000 Students, its $5K-$7,500

* Only colleges & universities consistently pay me the $5,000-$7,500. Just FYI…


Speaking Tip: Don't let your EGO accept the HONOR as payment
  • Too many people depend on me for me to speak for free!!!

My Business Model (short version)

Must earn a minimum of $10,000 per year speaking
  • Example: Speak at least 10 times per year and earn at least $1,000 per engagement


Must Net a minimum of $10,000 annually through book sales
  • Example: A Big10 School ordered 500 copies of my book at $20 for a youth football camp.
